With the current Covid situation, a number of our games have been postponed due to the committee making the decision not to travel to or host teams in lockdown areas with tighter restrictions than Northallerton.
We have decided that if neither team has a league match we will play an inter club training match, keeping the pitch slot and umpires which allows full playing conditions. This will give everyone the opportunity to play some competitive hockey in a safer environment. It will also allow some of our juniors who are not playing hockey at the minute a chance to play and seniors who are unable to attend training.
These teams will be mixed up some weeks or played as 1XI v 2XI.
